"Setup felt confusing right away"
I had a hard time getting this set up. I kept looking for some kind of clear flow or pattern to follow, but the site felt scattered and I got confused quickly. I had to click around way too much just to figure out basic stuff. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me it felt messy and frustrating from the start.

"Fit felt off and just frustrating"
I wore these once and felt so mentally drained dealing with how uncomfortable they were. They were tight around my toes but somehow loose at the heel, so the fit just felt really awkward. By the end, my feet were hurting and I didn’t want to wear them again.

"Am I missing something with the warranty process?"
Am I missing something, or is the warranty return process on Zewa just kind of slow? I had an issue with my item and tried to go through the warranty, but it took longer than I expected and I ended up having to message them more than once just to get updates. To be fair, they did replace it in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. It just felt more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"I reached out to support and waited days..."
I reached out to support and waited days, but still never got a proper reply. What made it even more frustrating was having to verify my identity repeatedly, like we were starting from scratch every time. I just wanted a clear answer, but the whole thing felt like a runaround

"Should’ve Trusted My Gut"
I ordered from zewa.net, i’m disappointed. Right away, something about the quality felt a bit cheap, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. After only a short time, it already started wearing out, which is frustrating considering the price. I really expected it to last much longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Product info didn’t match what I got"
I ordered from zewa.net and the whole thing was disappointing because the item I received didn’t really match what was shown on the site, the specs seemed off once I started using it, it became unreliable after just a few tries, and when I reached out to support it took longer than expected to hear back. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Why is staying connected so hard?"
The app just won’t stay connected, which feels like such a basic thing to get right. On top of that, my data tracking looks way off, so I can’t really trust what it’s showing me. Something simple has turned into a hassle...
